Readspeaker

Visit www.readspeaker.com to create your voice message.

1.Click Voice Demo on the right-hand side.

2. Enter your message in the message box.

3.Select a voice.

4. Click listen.

Now we can move onto the next step.

Apowersoft

Recording the sound file.

Open a new tab in your browser and navigate to www.apowersoft.com/free-audio-recorder-online .

1.Click the Start Recording.

2.Download the file and run it.

3.Open Apowersoft .

4.Click the record button.

5.Navigate back to www.readspeaker.com and press listen.

6.Once your message is done click the stop button.

7.Locate your sound file and save it on your desktop.

Audacity

Open www.audacityteam.org in your browser and download the file.

Install the file and run the program.

Once Audacity is open click on file - open and select your sound file.

1.Double click on the sound waves to select all .

2.Click on the track name - format - 16-bit PCM.

3.Click on the track name - Rate - 8000Hz

4.Double click on the sound waves to select all .

5.Navigate to Effects on the top menu bar and select Change Speed. (Set it so that the voice sound normal)

6.Navigate to Effects on the top menu bar and select Amplify . (Set it so that you can hear the voice)

7. Select File on the top menu bar - Export Audio.

8. Name your sound file and make sure the file format is WAV.

9. Click save and upload the recording to your Cloud PBX.
